We try to only stock products that you will love, but we understand that occasionally there is a problem and you need to return your item.
Please order carefully as we do not refund for a change of mind, or if you have chosen the wrong colour. Please let us know at the time of ordering if you have made a mistake.
To exchange, or refund on a case-by-case basis, please contact us and return the item within 7 days of receiving your order, in the packaging, in its original condition – the item needs to be in re-saleable condition. We can only refund the amount of your order less any expenses we have already paid for shipping.
Please note that a refund for change of mind is not possible if you have paid using Afterpay.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds due to late deliveries when the fault is with the carrier.
If your return is for an unused TENS machine returned in the enclosed return satchel, a $10 shipping charge will be deducted from your refund amount.
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning a change of mind return.
In the event that we have sent you the incorrect item due to a packing error or an item is damaged in transit, we will cover the postage costs of returning to us and for the correct item being sent to you.
If we have to cancel your order due to our inability to deliver the item, we will refund your order in full.
Products covered by warranty are sorted out by the manufacturer or wholesaler. You can refer to the warranty card inside the packaging, or check out their website, or contact us and we can help.
