We try to only stock products that you will love, but we understand that occasionally there is a problem and you need to return your item.
Please order carefully as we do not refund for a change of mind, or if you have chosen the wrong colour. Please let us know at the time of ordering if you have made a mistake, or when you receive your item if we have sent the wrong thing. We can exchange for you, but you will need to get the product back to us, in its original packaging, unworn, unused and as sold, and cover the delivery for the replacement item.
To exchange, or refund on a case-by-case basis, please contact us and return the item within 7 days of receiving your order, in the packaging, in its original condition – the item needs to be in re-saleable condition, unopened and unmarked.
A product which is faulty can be replaced or refunded. If it is a minor issue, it may be able to be repaired, and may need to be returned to the manufacturer or supplier to be assessed and fixed. Products covered by warranty are addressed by the manufacturer or wholesaler. You can refer to the warranty card inside the packaging, or check out their website, or contact us and we can help.
Personal items, like birth pools, breastpumps, bedding, intimate apparel, breastfeeding pillows, bassinets can not be returned unless faulty.
