Pre-booking discount to hire Elle TENS 2
If your baby is due in more than a month, we like to say thank you for pre-booking by giving you a discount. Just email us with your baby’s due date, and we will ensure you receive your rental Elle labour TENS by 1 month before your due date. The discount is automatically calculated as part of your hire fee.
Please email us with your baby’s due date so that we know when to send your TENS machine.

Refunds for TENS machines
We try to send our TENS hires out well before your baby’s due date to avoid your TENS machine arriving too late for your baby’s birth. Please ensure you order ahead with plenty of time before your due date – we recommend you okay your order by the 30 week of pregnancy. We do not refund any TENS hires once the TENS machine has been sent to you. We do not offer refunds because of late deliveries when the fault is with the carrier.

Birth Partner now offers an optional Money Back Guarantee if you purchase this option when you order your TENS hire. If you then find you don’t use your TENS machine at all, we will refund your hire fee (less $20 for delivery to you and back).
Sometimes, birth is unpredictable, and you may have hired a TENS machine to find that you don’t use it at all. When your TENS machine is sent to you, your service has been delivered, and we no longer provide a refund (normally). But if you have purchased this option and find you have not used it at all, just return the TENS machine to us in original and unused condition, together with the original batteries and TENS electrode pads in unused and unopened condition.
All items provided with your TENS hire need to be returned by a month after your baby’s due date (this is your original return date). Please enclose a note with your order number and requesting a refund, and we will look after you.
