How to Use
Simply wrap the PumpEase pumping bra around your bust and fasten in the front over your nursing bra, nursing top (lower panels first) or over nothing at all. Insert the breast pump flanges into the openings of the expression bustier, centering over your nipples and then start pumping. You will enjoy having both hands free to read, write, text, talk on the phone, surf, bank online or tend to your baby – ALL while pumping!
Fabric & Care
PumpEase exclusively use an 88% high-count polyester/12% spandex micro fiber knit for the PumpEase pumping bra.
This exceptional technical fabric delivers high-performance & durability, comfort & softness against the skin, ease of care, excellent stretch & memory (it won’t bag-out after use or shrink during washing), breathability, quick-dry & wicking qualities and colour fastness. PumpEase recommend washing by hand or machine in warm water, no bleach and hang to dry. In a pinch you could tumble dry your PumpEase, however because of the spandex in the fabric, we don’t recommend this on a regular basis as dryer heat will eventually break the spandex down.

It is easy to determine the perfect fit for your Pumpease pumping bra!
Measure in the last month of pregnancy or at least 2 weeks postpartum.
Step 1: Wear a close fitting top / T-shirt or a medium-support bra
Step 2: Measure around the fullest part of your bustling with the tape measure running under your arms – the tape should be snug, but not constricting. Make sure the tape isn’t sagging at the back and it’s parallel to the floor.
Step 3: Refer to the chart below to determine your size. If you are o the border of two sizes, size down.
Pumpease should fit you snugly and make you feel secure, but not be overly tight.

The PumpEase hands-free pumping bra / expression bustier doesn’t need to be overly tight – it should, however, fit snugly enough so that it holds the breast shields in place during the pump’s “rest” cycle. Think of when you are nursing – your baby’s face is not pressed tight against your breast, is it? The suction of the pump does the work, not the pressure of the breast shield.

Got this today, tried it today, and I will fight people for this! The fabric is soft and smooth and it holds up the pumping bottles really well. No discomfort, simple and easy to use. I LOVE this!! I was a DD before my pregnancy and I still am now, and I measure about 42 around under my girls. I’m able to wear this over a nursing shirt and have it clasped on the very end hooks. I read that this stretches out, and I do know that I’ll be losing weight so I’m not upset at the size right now. I think I got the right one and honestly I could have gone a little tighter. Get this if you pump. It’s worth the price and it doesn’t bunch. At the time of this post, I am currently 3 weeks post partum.

I rarely get excited about a product. I didn’t receive anything for this review. I love this product and I am only dissapointed in myself that I didn’t purchase it sooner as I have been eyeballing it since giving birth 6 months ago. I have been looking for an easy comfortable strap to pump hands free in. I am done. Third time is a charm. I have purchased two other types of hands free bra/strap. This product is by far the easiest to put on. All it is are easy front hooks to latch. It fits over my nursing camis easily.
Why is this different from other hands free products? I had difficulties zippering up the madela hands free bra and I purchased a strap that was a simple velcro design, but because of its one size fits most design, there was a lot of strap leftover making it cumbersome. Both of those aren’t conducive to compressions and massaging that I need to do because of the stiff material. This product is made out of stretchy fabric and is soft.

I own three different pump bras and this one is my favorite! Cute patterns aside, the hooks are actually easier to close than a zippered style (in my opinion) and there is no risk of wrecking your clothing by getting it snagged in a zipper or Velcro. I’ve owned my bra for 5 years and after pumping for two kids it’s still going strong! There is some minor wear on the hooks (plastic coming off a bit) which is not an issue for me since I’m alone in a lactation room while wearing this bra so I don’t mind if it looses some of its aesthetic appeal. Also, the flange openings are great because you don’t have to take your pump assembly apart to get the bra on. I own another brand name pump bra with small flange holes so I would have to take the flange off my pump parts in order to put the bra on, then reassemble the flange with the other parts. One thing to note is if your bottles are getting full and you intend to walk around while pumping the large stretchy flange holes may not work as well and I could see how the pump parts might get too weighted down. This has never happened to me; however, I only use this pump bra while sitting in a lactation room at work. I started leaving this bra at work and using my others at home, but I like this one so much I bought a second one.

This has changed my life.
So, with my first child, I stupidly refused to pay what I thought was a large amount for a piece of fabric I was convinced wouldn’t really work anyway. With my second, apparently I am more stupid, as I thought I’d order it any way.
This has changed my view of pumping at work. It is now quiet time I can spend answering emails at my desk rather than off in some other space feeling like I’m doing nothing. Obviously I pump at work, so it’s not that I don’t think it’s important in and of itself, but being able to pump AND work at the same time makes me, for twice a day at 20 minutes each, feel like super mom.
Be sure to heed their sizing chart. I’m a pretty big gal, and with this kid the girls are pretty huge as well, but on the chart, it said I was on the top end of a size medium. I had my doubts, but I followed it (remember with this kid I am more stupid!). I use it comfortably on not even the largest hook and loop, so the next size up would have been too large. Yay for a company that realizes we aren’t all tiny women!

Best investment if you decide to breastfeed/pump. I should have bought this before labor, however did not think I would need it. But it really does make pumping feel less like a chore and just something normal. I am pumping as I write this review because my hands are both free and I’m able to use them. If you plan on pumping buy this bra. The sizing chart is pretty accurate. The material is comfortable and easy to wash.
